SUBSTANCE: skin-subcutaneous incision is made between the anterosuperior iliac spines along the previously marked line. A mesh polypropylene endoprosthesis equal to the width and length of the diastase is prepared. The endoprosthesis is placed on the diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscles and fixed at 4 points on each side. The rectus abdominis muscles are sutured along the midline so that the endoprosthesis is immersed in the interaponeurotic space under the medial edges of the rectus abdominis muscles. Navel formation and dermalipectomy are performed.

EFFECT: method provides aesthetic and functional result when performing abdominoplasty, strengthening the anterior abdominal wall, eliminating the risk of relapse of diastasis of the rectus muscles of the anterior abdominal wall, eliminating the risk of hematoma formation and seroma formation in the area of detachment of the skin-subcutaneous flap.
