FIELD: centrifuge.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device, system and method for treatment and separation of biological fluids into components. Proposed device comprises hollow centrifugal processing chamber, head mounted on chamber throat, fluid guide element and fluid inlet and outlet openings. Hollow chamber of centrifugal processing is made with possibility of rotation around axis and is equipped with element movable in axial direction. Throat head comprises moving and fixed parts interconnected by seal. In the head there is a central through channel for biological fluid input and output of the treated components. Axial separator is installed in the central channel. Flow guide element is located in the processing chamber and is made with possibility of rotation together with it.
EFFECT: possibility of processing a large amount of biological fluid by using a variable-volume processing chamber.
