FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalytic monolith with flow walls and a method for production thereof, suitable for use in a method and a system for processing exhaust gas flow. Catalytic monolith (1) includes porous substrate and has first side (15) and second side (25) determining presence of longitudinal direction between them, and first and second multiple channels (5, 10) passing in longitudinal direction. First plurality of channels (5) provides the first plurality of inner surfaces, is open on the first side and closed on the second side, and the second plurality of channels (10) is open from the second side and closed on the first side. First catalytic material is distributed in the porous substrate. Presence of microporous membrane is provided in first plurality of channels on first part extending in longitudinal direction of first plurality of inner surfaces, and wherein first part passes from first side by 75–95 % of length of first plurality of channels.
EFFECT: technical result is elimination of hazardous exhaust gas streams.
