SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a catalytic monolith with strong walls for use in an exhaust purification system (versions), a system for cleaning exhausts for cleaning exhaust gas flow, a positive-ignition engine comprising an exhaust purification system, a motor-containing motor, a method of producing a catalytic monolith with flow walls and a method of cleaning exhaust gases of combustion of an internal combustion engine with positive ignition, containing nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), unburned hydrocarbon fuel (HC) and solid particles (PM). Catalytic monolith with strong walls for use in an exhaust purification system (versions) comprises a porous carrier and a triple catalyst (TWC), wherein the TWC is distributed substantially over the entire porous support, and wherein TWC contains: (i) aluminum oxide; (ii) one or more platinum group metals; and (iii) an oxygen-containing component (OSC), wherein the OSC comprises cerium oxide or one or more mixed oxides containing cerium, and is present in weight ratio OSC to aluminum oxide from 65:35 to 85:15. Method of producing a catalytic monolith with flow walls comprises: providing a porous support having a first end surface and a second end surface, limiting longitudinal direction between them, and first and second plurality of channels extending in said longitudinal direction, wherein first plurality of channels is open on first end surface and closed on second end surface, and second plurality of channels is open on second end surface and closed on first end surface; penetrating porous oxide containing catalytic material into porous carrier material; and calcination of catalytic material inside porous support.
EFFECT: monolith provides an efficient method of cleaning engine exhaust gas streams.
