FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: automated dynamic production systems enable alignment of multiple components, such as an apparatus, a robot and a part stock, relative to each other. Alignment can first be performed roughly, using a global position measuring device configured to track said apparatus, robot and part stock, each of which can be made with possibility of movement relative to other elements of this group, for example, by arrangement on the corresponding automatically controlled vehicle. Alignment can then be made with smaller tolerances using a local position measuring device attached to the robot and configured to accurately position the actuator such that the actuator can perform the production task on said apparatus, for example, an overload process involving transportation of a separate part from the parts stock, its transfer to the specified device and its connection to it.
EFFECT: such systems and methods can be used to implement production processes on a large apparatus, such as an airborne aircraft.
