SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical field of electric appliances production, in particular to rice cooker, rice cookery management method and rice cooker, which performs food preparation with the help of this method. Rice cooker control method, the cooking process comprising at least a water absorption step, a heating stage and a boiling point. Rice cooker contains a saucepan, a cover and a pressure changing device. Saucepan confines cooking chamber inside itself. Cover is installed on the pan and can move between the closed position and the open position. Pressure variation device is located on a saucepan and/or cover for changing pressure in the boiling chamber. At that, the pressure changing device contains: negative pressure device located on the pan or cover, to achieve negative pressure in the boiling chamber; and pressure increasing device located on pan or cover to increase pressure in boiling chamber. Method comprises steps of: controlling pressure variation device to change pressure in cooking chamber of rice cooker from normal pressure to first pressure, when rice cooker enters stage of water absorption; controlling the pressure variation device at the water absorption step so that the pressure in the cooking chamber alternates between the second pressure and the third pressure after the pressure in the cooking chamber has changed to the first pressure.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of preparation.
