FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and infrared detector of infrared range. Infrared detector includes an active layer containing colloidal quantum dots and plasmon nanoantennae located between interdigital electrodes. Radiation is detected using surface-enhanced absorption in the infrared region of the spectrum.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the absorption cross-section and improving stability of the detector.
