SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchen electrical appliances for food products preparation. Disclosed is a food preparation device (100) comprising cooking compartment (101), dielectric sensor (120) in cooking compartment (101), a data storage device (130), storing food seasoning data depending on the dielectric constant of the food product, wherein said food seasoning data refer to a plurality of seasonings added to the food product, and processor device (110) connected to dielectric sensor (120). Processor (110) is configured to determine the dielectric property of the food product in cooking compartment (101) based on dielectric sensor (120) data, obtain food flavouring data for the food product corresponding to the determined dielectric property, from the data storage device and for each seasoning from said plurality of signal creation signal seasoning for adding a certain amount of said seasoning from said plurality into food product based on the obtained food seasoning data until all seasonings from said plurality are added to food product. Also disclosed is a method for automatic creation of seasoning commands for adding a plurality of seasonings into a food product during preparation of a food product.
