SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, genetic engineering, medical microbiology. Disclosed is a recombinant plasmid pHFQ2.21 expressing a cloned hfq (chaperone) gene Vibrio cholerae 01 biovar El Tor, built-in by Bam HI-PstI sites in polylinker vector plasmid pQE30, under the control of T5-promoter. Said plasmid is transformed into strain E. coli Jm109 to obtain strain Escherichia coli KM 2030, which is superconductor of chaperone (Hfq) Vibrio cholerae 01 El Tor. Disclosed strain is deposited in State collection of pathogenic bacteria "Microbe". Chaperone (Hfq) Vibrio cholerae 01 El Tor content, which is inside the cells in a soluble form, is up to 10 % of total cell proteins.
EFFECT: invention can be used to produce chaperone preparations (Hfq) Vibrio cholerae in order to create specific sorbents for binding small RNA, as well as for studying properties, biochemical and biological activity of chaperone (Hfq) Vibrio cholerae.
