FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method and device (1) for removal of skin from poultry legs (2) or their parts using conveyor (14) with elements (3), on which poultry legs (2) or their parts are suspended. At that, mainly horizontal or inclined interacting lower rollers (4) are used, located below conveyor (14), made with possibility of rotation in opposite directions and equipped with engagement teeth for skin removal (6). Set of upper rollers (7) is provided above lower rollers (4) and below conveyor (14) route for contact with opposite sides of poultry leg (2) or its part.
EFFECT: invention provides removal of skin from poultry legs or parts thereof.
