SUBSTANCE: system includes visual information facilities in the form of visual information elements located in traffic areas, their service facilities, instrument for determination of necessary information elements quantity which contains facilities for data collection, storing and visual information elements images representation, and instrument for advertisement rating estimation. Value of advertisement rating accumulated during one day of campaign is determined as sum of all frequency scopes by mathematical expression.
EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy for audience which can be involved as a result of conducting campaign in outdoor advertising, obtaining more reliable data.
