FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to device for cardiac valve folding. Device comprises a cardiac catheter probe having a proximal end for manipulating the device and a distal end terminating in a tissue valve element configured to pass through the cardiac valve substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the catheter. Device has two elements that capture the flap. Each capturing flap element is equipped with a corresponding atrium stopper located between the appropriate capturing flap element and a transvalvular element. Each of the elements capturing the flap is individually moved under action of the corresponding drive mechanism from the radially retracted position to the gripping position. In the radially retracted position, the catching flap is removed relative to the transvalvular element. In the gripping position, the catching flap is deflected outward at an acute angle from the transvalvular element. Exciting flap elements are located relative to a transvalvular element so that each in its gripping position forms a convergent grip zone directed to the edges of the target flap of the valve. Atrial stoppers are configured to move under action of corresponding actuator between non-working configuration, in which atrial stop is located adjacent to a transvalvular element, and a working configuration in which the atrial stopper is deflected outward at an acute angle from the transvalvular member so as to enable the valve target flap to be caught between the atrial stopper and the bound captive flap. Each of the elements capturing the flap is made with possibility of individual movement under the action of the corresponding drive mechanism from the gripping position to the retracted position. Atrial stoppers are made with possibility of individual movement under action of corresponding drive mechanism between nonworking configuration and working configuration. When each flap is gripped, the device holds them in contact so that it is possible to attach or fix the flaps to each other.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide a flap capture device, which is designed to suffice each flap of the mitral valve and bring them into a closed position at a point along the closure line.
