FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry of hoisting electromagnets. Magnetic conductor is made of steel with carbon content of 0.05–0.14 %. Foundry, core and shell are cast in the form of separate casts by gasified casting method. Core represents an internal pole, and a shell – external pole. Then said separate casts are interconnected by hot fit.

EFFECT: excluding welding operations at manufacture of magnetic conductor with simultaneous increase of magnetic conductor opening by electric insulated wire due to exclusion of coil frame.
