FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The implant for prosthetics of the lower jaw bones contains a plate made of titanium or its alloy and fastening elements. At one end, the plate is equipped with an element with a three-dimensional solid structure, repeating the geometry of the condylar process. The plate itself contains seats for dental implants and has a three-dimensional porous structure with the geometry of the lower jaw body and at the other end is equipped with an osseointegrable element having a three-dimensional porous structure. Two fastening elements are installed on the side of the osseointegrated element and are made in the form of narrow perforated plates with through holes. The cells of the porous structures are a tetrahedron, dodecahedron or octahedron, equipped with spacers of round and /or rectangular cross-section.
EFFECT: invention provides an individual combination with the reconstructed area of the skull and the required elastic characteristics of the implant: a porous structure with an elasticity characteristic 1-5 GPa and stability under mechanical compressive loads of 50 kg/cm2.
