FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a multilayer paint system on metal base. Described is a method of producing a multilayer paint system (M) on a metal base (S) containing (1) providing metal base (S) with hardened electrodeposited coating (E.1), which is deposited by electrophoretic application of material for electrodeposition (e.1) on base (S) and subsequent hardening of material for electrodeposition (e.1), (2) obtaining (2.1) of base coat (B.2.1) or (2.2) of two or more base coatings directly applied to each other (B.2.2.x) directly on hardened electrodeposited coating (E.1) by means of (2.1) applying base coating aqueous material (b.2.1) directly on electrodeposited coating (E.1) or by (2.2) applying on each other two or more base coating materials (b.2.2.x) directly on electrodeposited coating (E.1), (3) obtaining coating lacquer (K) directly on (3.1) base coat (B.2.1) or on (3.2) topmost base coat (B.2.2.x) by applying coating lacquer material (k) directly on (3.1) base coating (B.2.1) or on (3.2) topmost base coating (B.2.2.x), (4) co-curing (4.1) of base coat (B.2.1) and coating lacquer (K) or (4.2) of base coats (B.2.2.x) and coating lacquer (K), where base coating material (b.2.1) or at least one of base coating materials (b.2.2.x) includes at least one pre-dispersed mixture (vdM), wherein the mixture (vdM) contains at least one polyamide (P), which has an acid number of less than 20 mg KOH/g, at least one polymer resin (H), which is different from the polyamide, as well as water and at least one organic solvent. Also multilayer paint system is described.
