FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method of culturing a mammalian cell, wherein the method comprises: providing a multi-well plate comprising at least one well comprising a mammalian cell placed in a first liquid culture medium, wherein the first liquid culture medium occupies from approximately 5 % to approximately 70 % of the well volume; incubation of a multi-well plate for a certain period of time at approximately 31 °C to 40 °C and with mixing by rotation at a rate of approximately 320 rpm to approximately 500 rpm; and continuously or periodically, during said period of time, removing first volume of first liquid culture medium and adding second liquid culture medium second volume to first liquid culture medium, wherein the first and second volumes are approximately equal, where: the multi-well plate is incubated for a period of time greater than 7 days and on 1-3rd day of incubation, in each 24-hour period, the first volume of the first liquid culture medium to be removed and the second volume of the second liquid culture medium added are from about 30 % to about 50 % of the volume of the first liquid culture medium; on 4th-6th day of incubation, in each 24-hour period, the first volume of the first liquid culture medium to be removed and the second volume of the second liquid culture medium added are from about 40 % to about 70 % of the volume of the first liquid culture medium; and on 7th day and during further incubation, in each 24-hour period, the first volume of the removed first liquid culture medium and the second volume of the added second liquid culture medium are from approximately 90 % to approximately 150 % of the volume of the first liquid culture medium.

EFFECT: invention allows to grow cells of mammals by means of the claimed cultivation method.
