FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for radiotherapy in combined treatment of soft tissue sarcoma. Method involves preoperative stereotactic radiation therapy in mode of 5 fractions with a single dose on the planned tumor volume – 5 Gy, single dose on the clinical tumor volume – 7 Gy with an inward position to the tumor center from macroscopically defined tumor edges per 1 cm, and 25–35 postoperative days – postoperative 3D-conformal radiation therapy in 25 fractions of 2 Gy for fraction per entire clinical volume of tumor.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing a risk of dissemination of the tumor process during the operation.
