FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing a current-conducting grid for photocells includes the steps of a) providing stack (1) of continuous layers on substrate (8), wherein stack (1) of layers comprises an upper conductive layer (2) and a lower conducting layer (3) with a photoconductive layer (located between them) (4); b) selective removal of upper conducting layer (2) and photoactive layer (4) to produce first contact opening (10) extending through upper conducting layer (2) and photoactive layer (4) opening lower conductive layer (3); c) printing the front contact body (5-1) on the upper conductive layer (2) and the back contact body (5) in the first contact opening (10) on the lower conductive layer (3) and forming the first electric insulating gap surrounding body (5) rear contact between upper conducting layer (2) and rear contact body (5).
EFFECT: invention provides an improved method of producing a current-collecting grid for photocells, which can be made in one step as the last step of the manufacturing process.
