FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of commutator plates for direct current electrical machines. Blend is prepared in blade mixer, trapezoidal plate profile is pressed on oblique puncheons, after that sintering is performed at temperature 800 °C for 45 minutes and calibrating under pressure of 5 t/cm2. Charge is prepared from 98.5 wt% of copper electrolytic powder and 1.5 wt% of copper-modified carbon nanotubes. Lubricant is added to the charge in amount of 2.0 wt% of charge weight. Lubricant is obtained by mixing 50 wt% of industrial oil and 50 wt% of kerosene.
EFFECT: increased strength and electric conductivity of collector plates, as well as reduced forces of plates pressing.
