FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique and technology of applying protective ion-plasma coatings and can be used in machine building, for example, for protection of working and guide vanes of turbomachines. Proposed plant comprises vertical cylindrical vacuum chamber furnished with evacuation, gas feed system, power supply and control unit, article holder and electric arc evaporators. Plant comprises at least three electric arc evaporators arranged vertically in the form of sides of polygonal prism in central part of vacuum chamber by evaporation surfaces outside, and the article holder is located in the peripheral part of the vacuum chamber and is configured to perform rotation or oscillatory movements relative to electric arc evaporators.
EFFECT: improved functional properties and efficiency of the plant owing to possibility of coating of internal surfaces of parts of rings type, including those of blades of the guide vane of the compressor, fixed on semi-rings.
