FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for applying coatings to machine parts, namely vacuum ion-plasma treatment of surfaces, and can be used to apply functional coatings on mono-wheels of turbomachines. Apparatus for vacuum ion-plasma treatment of the surface of a monocycle with blades comprises a vacuum chamber equipped with a vacuum system, supply and regulation of gas flow, power supplies and control unit, with the product holder and plasma sources located in the vacuum chamber. In the vacuum chamber, electric arc evaporators are installed, and the product holder is located in the central part of the vacuum chamber and is configured to perform oscillatory movements and rotation relative to the longitudinal axis of the mono-wheel mounted on it. Sources of plasma and electric arc evaporators are located on both sides of the mono-wheel. Two electric arc evaporators with titanium cathodes are located on opposite sides of the mono-wheel, and two electric arc evaporators with vanadium cathodes are located on opposite sides of the mono-wheel. Electric arc evaporators of titanium are located opposite to the electric arc evaporators from vanadium located on the other side of the monocycle.
EFFECT: provides expansion of the functionality of the installation, increasing the productivity and quality of processing mono-wheels with turbomachine blades.
