FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coatings on parts of machines, particularly to vacuum ion-plasma technologies, and can be used for application of erosion-resistant coatings on blisk blades of turbomachines. Proposed plant comprises vertical cylindrical vacuum chamber with gas feed and control system and article holder arranged inside said vacuum chamber, protective shields and electric arc evaporators. Holder of articles is located in the central part of the vacuum chamber and is configured to place blisk at angle 15–45 degrees of its longitudinal axis to horizontal plane of cylindrical chamber with provision of its rotation relative to said longitudinal axis and its simultaneous rotation relative to cylindrical chamber vertical axis. At that, used are two electric arc evaporators with cathodes of titanium and vanadium.
EFFECT: technical result of proposed invention is expansion of functional capabilities of installation for application of coatings, high efficiency and quality of coating application on blades of blisk of turbomachines.
