Described is a group of inventions comprising an isolated antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof which is capable of binding to influenza B virus hemagglutinin (HA) and neutralizing influenza B virus in two phylogenetically different lines, recovered nucleic acid coding antibody, vector, for producing antibody, host cell, for antibody expression, method of producing an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising culturing a host cell, a composition for treating influenza B virus, use of the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof in preparing a drug for preventing or treating an infection caused by influenza B virus, using the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment in preparing a drug preparation for preventing or treating an infection caused by influenza A and influenza B virus, a method for preventing or treating an infection caused by influenza B virus, a method for preventing or treating an infection caused by influenza A and influenza virus B, using an antibody or a fragment thereof for in vitro diagnosis of influenza B infection.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of antibodies capable of binding to hemagglutinin (HA) of influenza B virus and neutralization of influenza B virus in two phylogenetically different lines.
