FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to regenerative medicine. Proposed are a method for producing a thrombocyte-rich plasma (TRP) from unstabilised venous blood, comprising cooling a venous blood sample at –-12 °C, centrifuging at 300 g for 5 minutes, selection of the TRP from the lower portion of the test tube in amount of 1/10 of the initial blood amount in a test tube, and a method for producing a thrombo-fibrin gel or clot with serum from the TRP, including holding TRP for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
EFFECT: inventions provide slowing down in vitro cascade of activation of plasma and cellular link haemostasis in venous blood in producing TRP, trombofibrine gel or clot with serum without using anticoagulants.
