METHOD FOR PREPARING A THROMBOFIBRIN CLOT WITH GROWTH-STIMULATING PROPERTIES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61K35/00 A61P17/02

Abstract RU 2679616 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to regenerative medicine, and can be used to stimulate reparative processes in lesional tissues. Method for producing a thrombofibrin clot includes taking patient's venous blood, isolating platelet-rich plasma (PRP), introducing a solution of 10 % calcium chloride into the PRP, and incubating the PRP, at the same time, in addition to the solution of 10 % calcium chloride, Adrenaline hydrochloride-Vial injection is injected into the PRP at the rate of 5–7 mcl of 10 % calcium chloride solution and 20–25 mcl of Adrenalin hydrochloride-Vial per 100 mcl of PCP containing at least 100 thousand platelets with 1 mcl granules, incubation of PRP is carried out at the temperature of 20–22 °C to form a platelet gel, at the same time, the incubation time of PRP is 20–30 min with a platelet content of more than 35 % granules, 30–50 min with a platelet content of 10–35 % granules, followed by additional incubation of the formed gel to form a thrombofibrin clot with its subsequent selection.

EFFECT: thrombofibrin clot obtained by the method described above has growth-stimulating properties.
