SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to construction and repair of buildings, namely to systems for removal of ventilation emissions from various enterprises located in buildings, and to rainwater systems of these buildings. Disclosed group of inventions comprises device and method of outputting ventilation emissions to roofs of buildings through coaxial pipes, which combine gutter and vent channel, according to invention device comprises central (internal) pipe and external pipe, wherein the inner pipe is used as a drain pipe to drain water from the roof, and the gap between the outer and inner pipes is used as an air duct for air removal from various enterprises located in the building, to the required level, including at the roof level of the building.

EFFECT: possibility of installing additional exhaust air ducts on external wall of building and prevention of ice formation in drainage systems of buildings.
