FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of billet made in the form of composite sheet consisting of two sheets and elastic elements arranged between them. Processing device comprises embossed and support rollers made with axis, heater, temperature sensor and temperature controller. Axis embossed and support rollers are installed with possibility of rotation and rest on pair of the first and second bearings respectively. Heater and temperature sensor are located on at least one of first and second bearings. Temperature regulator is designed to maintain temperature of bearing, having heater and temperature sensor, at level of preset value of heating temperature. Temperature regulator gives a command the bearing heating to the heater based on the bearing temperature measured by the temperature sensor.

EFFECT: higher quality of processing due to preservation during processing of constant value of distance between surfaces of raised and support rollers.
