SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Presented is a liquid enzyme preparation of transglutaminase and a method for production thereof. Liquid enzyme preparation is a liquid preparation of transglutaminase EC2.3.2.13, and its components and amounts are as follows: liquid preparation of transglutaminase has enzymatic activity equal to 10-1000 U/ml, water activity regulator is present in amount of 30–80 wt./vol. %, regulator of redox potential is present in amount of 0.0075–1 wt./vol. %. Its production method involves purification of enzyme solution, mixing, sterilization, filling and obtaining of end product.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an active preparation stable at room temperature.
