SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in oil refining industry. Vacuum fractionation unit includes separator 1 with reducing device 2 and a steam discharge line 3, as well as device 4 consisting of a recuperative heat exchanger 5, separator 6 and mixer 7. Vacuum fractionation unit also includes pump 8, cooler 9, raw material supply lines 10, condensate supply lines 11 and separation vapours supply 12. Heated raw material is fed via reduction device 2 into separator 1 at reduced pressure from which heavy residue and vapours are removed. First, vapour is fed into recovery heat exchanger 5, where it is cooled by condensate and then to separator 6, where it is divided into condensate, which is discharged via installation 11 via cooler 9, mixer 7 and recuperative heat exchanger 5, as well as separation pairs, which are fed via line 12 into mixer 7.
EFFECT: disclosed invention provides simplified installation and reduced power consumption.
