FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cardiosurgery and cardiology, and can be used for preoperative prediction of developing cardiovascular complications in patients with ischemic heart disease in a combination with postinfarction left ventricular aneurysm after coronary artery bypass. In patients with ischemic heart disease in a combination with postinfarction left ventricular aneurysm prior to coronary artery bypass surgery with left ventricular reconstruction in blood serum concentration of an amino-terminal fragment of cerebral natriuretic peptide and the values of the amino terminal of the brain natriuretic peptide greater than 1,592 pg/ml predict cardiovascular complications in the postoperative period.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving prediction of cardiovascular complications in patients with ischemic heart disease combined with postinfarction left ventricular aneurysm.
