METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR COMPLICATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE IN A COMBINATION WITH POSTINFARCTION LEFT VENTRICULAR ANEURYSM Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01N33/50 A61B5/00 A61B5/145

Abstract RU 2712629 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cardiosurgery and cardiology, and can be used for preoperative prediction of developing cardiovascular complications in patients with ischemic heart disease in a combination with postinfarction left ventricular aneurysm after coronary artery bypass. In patients with ischemic heart disease in a combination with postinfarction left ventricular aneurysm prior to coronary artery bypass surgery with left ventricular reconstruction in blood serum concentration of an amino-terminal fragment of cerebral natriuretic peptide and the values of the amino terminal of the brain natriuretic peptide greater than 1,592 pg/ml predict cardiovascular complications in the postoperative period.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving prediction of cardiovascular complications in patients with ischemic heart disease combined with postinfarction left ventricular aneurysm.
