Method for prediction of cardiovascular complications in patients with ischemic heart disease in combination with ischemic mitral insufficiency involves blood serum analysis of concentration of amino-terminal fragment of cerebral natriuretic peptide before coronary artery bypass surgery with mitral valve repair, and the values of the amino-terminal fragment of cerebral natriuretic peptide of more than 985 pg/ml predicting cardiovascular complications in the postoperative period.
EFFECT: invention enables prediction of cardiovascular complications in patients with ischemic heart disease combined with ischemic mitral insufficiency.
