SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technical diagnostics. Method of monitoring consists in formation of structure and topology of monitoring system, deployment and activation of monitoring system elements, measurement of characteristics of real operating conditions of monitoring objects, determination of norms of values of all parameters and characteristics of n-th control objects taking into account actual conditions of their operation, generation of identification codes for a given time interval t1 and time interval t1+Δt based on prediction and normalization of values of all parameters and characteristics of n-th control objects, comparison of identification codes with reference values, transmission of identification codes to a control unit of cryptographic processing, implementation of necessary cryptographic transformations, arrangement of cryptographic secure control channel between network routers of control and controlled items for change and reconfiguration of monitoring system with due allowance for technical condition of control objects.
