FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an optomechanical tool for machining a part by cutting, comprising: a body from a material having an entry surface, a front surface, a back surface connected to the front surface to form a cutting edge, front side surface extending between inlet surface and front surface, and rear side surface extending between inlet surface and rear surface, wherein input surface is configured to receive and refract radiation beam on front surface, rear surface and cutting edge, causing radiation beam to be refracted and to heat processed part in compression area extending near at least front surface, and in stretching area extending near back surface. Invention also relates to a system for processing a part by cutting and a method of processing a part by cutting using such an optomechanical tool.
EFFECT: minimization of forces required for treatment, improvement of surface quality.
