FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to means for intracardiac and intravascular surgical procedure. Device comprises surgical endoluminal ultrasonic probe comprising a flexible tube having a longitudinal cavity which forms a working channel for receiving and directing transcatheter devices or instruments for the surgical procedure, closing the door, a three-dimensional ultrasonic sensor and one or more built-in moving rope inserted into said holes for axial orientation of the distal end of the flexible tube, wherein the flexible tube has an outlet opening of the working channel at the distal end of the flexible tube, the closing door is connected to the distal end of the flexible tube by means of a hinge for opening and closing the outlet of the working channel and the ultrasonic sensor is located on said closing door. Distal part of the flexible tube comprises annular elements arranged in series along the flexible tube, wherein the element comprises a ball joint and is connected to the adjoining element or elements by means of the above ball joint, and has one or more openings for tunnel passage of built-in moving cables or electric cables. Built-in moving rope is attached to one end of rope to one of said elements, in particular to most distal element, and one of the moving cables is a pull-pushing driving cable having an opening for the tunnel passage and a fastener located in the ring-shaped element opposite to the location of the ball joint, in particular, the tunnel passage has the shape of a band.
EFFECT: using the invention enables minimally invasive approach in less complicated conditions in complicated cardiac and vascular interventions.
