FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to super high frequency technology and is intended to reduce radar visibility of military equipment, such as aircraft. Invention is an ultra-wideband absorbent coating containing dielectric layers, on the surface of which there is a two-dimensional periodic grid made of strips of metal or other conducting material. Such grids are available on all surfaces, except for the outer surface of the last layer, on which the conducting reflecting screen is applied. Thickness of each of half of total number of dielectric layers adjoining reflecting screen is twice less than that of other layers.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the expansion of the operating frequency band of the absorbent coating.
