FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Electromagnetic shock absorber comprises electric generator equipped with housing, on inner side of which stator windings are fixed. On the outer side of the rotor permanent magnets are fixed. Body consists of an upper cylinder and a tube with a connecting element. Rotor shaft represents a long torsion, the lower part of which is coaxially installed inside the hollow screw core of the ball-screw pair. On lower end of screw rod there is auxiliary support including sliding sleeve with bearing. Screw rod has external thread and is engaged with nut. Nut of the ball-screw pair is fixed on the upper end of the shock absorber body tube. Bearing balls are held between screw rod and nut.
EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads on ball-screw pair, which is part of electromagnetic shock absorber.
