METHOD OF PRODUCING OSTEOPLASTIC CERAMIC MATERIAL BASED ON CALCIUM PHOSPHATE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C04B35/447 A61L27/12 A61L27/32 A61L27/54

Abstract RU 2699093 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inorganic chemistry and specifically to production of materials based on strontium-substituted β-tricalcium phosphate, which can be used as tissue-engineered osteoplastic materials for augmentation of trabecular bone defects. On the base of β-tricalcium phosphate β-Ca3(PO4)2 not less than 3 layers with thickness of 50–500 mcm of material precursor are applied β-tricalcium phosphate, in which calcium ions are partially replaced by strontium ions (Ca1-xSrx)3(PO4)2. Layers of precursors of strontium-substituted material β-tricalcium phosphate is applied with gradual increase of strontium ion concentration in it from x=0.01 in the first layer to x=0.1 in the latter. Base with material precursor layers β-tricalcium phosphate, in which calcium ions are partially replaced by strontium ions, subjected to heat treatment for at least 2 hours at temperature of not less than 900 °C.

EFFECT: material made using the disclosed method enables optimizing the osteointegration processes.
