FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electropolishing of parts from alloyed steels surface and can be used to improve turbomachines turbo machine operating characteristics. Method includes electrochemical dimensional processing with removal of main allowance and electrochemical polishing in solution of liquid electrolyte. After electrochemical polishing, the blade is removed from the electrolyte solution and immersed into a container with granules made from anionites and impregnated with an electrolyte solution which provides conductivity of the granules, said granules are brought into vibration motion at frequency of 50 to 400 Hz and amplitude of 1.0 to 6.0 mm, electric potential is applied to the blade and to the granules and the blade is polished in the medium of the granules. Proposed device consists of zone of blades processing with baths for electrolyte and containers for granules, as well as zone of electrolyte and granules correction. Baths and containers are made capable to move from zone of blades treatment to zone of electrolyte correction.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of blade processing.
