SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and to obtaining a genetic construct which provides synthesis of Escherichia coli recombinant polypeptide G4223 (pG4223). Disclosed are recombinant DNA pG4223, having nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 and coding pG4223, characterized by amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2 and capable of selectively binding human immunoglobulin G (IgG); recombinant plasmid DNA pQE 30-pG4223, which is plasmid pQE 30 carrying a recombinant DNA pG4223, which enables to obtain pG4223; strain E. coli M15-G4223, producing pG4223, obtained on the basis of E. coli strain M 15 and containing recombinant plasmid pQE30-pG4223; polypeptide pG4223 with amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 2, capable of selectively binding IgG, and use thereof as a ligand in an affinity sorbent for removal of IgG from blood serum and simultaneously for producing a purified IgG preparation.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an IgG-binding recombinant polypeptide G4223 capable of selectively binding the Fc portion of IgG of most species of mammals.
