Uplink transmission configuration comprises at least one parameter associated with the uplink signal repetition frequency to be used by the wireless device to transmit a report on at least one measurement result to the network node, level of repetitions of an uplink signal depends at least in part on the type of measurement and / or event for which at least one measurement is performed.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of transmitting a measurement report from a wireless device to a network node in a wireless communication network.
