SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. There are disclosed synthetic oligonucleotides for detecting the DNA of Torque teno midi virus of genus Gammatorquevirus family Anelloviridae. Primers are combined into kits for detecting DNA in blood and other biological materials of the virus Torque teno midi virus genus Gammatorquevirus family Anelloviridae by polymerase chain reaction. Invention enables reliable detection of said virus in a biological material.
EFFECT: using this method provides also highly sensitive and objective quantitative assessment of Torque teno midi virus.
