FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to clinical laboratory diagnostics. Disclosed is a method for detecting the Torque teno mini virus of the genus Betatorquevirus family Anelloviridae (TTMV) in biological material selected from whole blood, blood plasma, tissue samples by PCR in real time. Method employs primers and a sample corresponding to the TTMV gene region. TTMV level is calculated based on obtained cycles (Cp).
EFFECT: invention provides reliable detection of said virus in biological material.
