Ultrasonic imaging device comprises at least one controller configured to collect ultrasound data of an anatomically examined region (ROI) of a subject, the ultrasonic data comprising at least two frames collected at a different time when the push force causes movement within the anatomical ROI, determining a correlation between at least two of the collected frames and generating the corresponding correlation coefficients, generating a correlation coefficient (CC) map based on determined correlation information between at least two frames, distinguishing the tissue fluid within the CC card based on comparing the correlation coefficients with at least one threshold value, and extracting the fluid within the CC card. Method of displaying ultrasound images is carried out by means of a visualization device, which also includes a permanent machine-readable medium containing machine instructions, which, when executed by the processor, set the processor to perform the steps of the method.
