FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to titanium alloys, which can be used for production of parts subjected to impact loads. Titanium alloy contains, wt. %: aluminium from 0.5 to 1.6, vanadium from more than 3.0 to 5.3, silicon from 0.1 to 0.5, iron from 0.05 to 0.5, oxygen from 0.1 to 0.25, carbon up to 0.2 and titanium and unavoidable impurities making up the rest.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high plasticity and resistance to impact loads.
