FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to sports and restorative medicine, and can be used for recovery of locomotor apparatus of lower extremities in medical and biological support program. Invention can be used in the practice of sports medicine, therapeutic physical training, traumatology-orthopedists, therapists, physiotherapists, specialists involved in therapeutic activities, prevention and/or recovery and rehabilitation in the field of sports and rehabilitation medicine. Magnetic therapy is applied for 14 days on the Mag-Expert Physiomed apparatus using an inductance coil of 600 mm, the exposure area is knee and ankle joints, the exposure time is 15 minutes, the magnetic flux density is 0.006 T, the magnetic field variation frequency is 25 Hz; hydrotherapy in a four-chamber jet-contrast bath Beka Hospitec: session duration – 10 minutes, water temperature changes every 45 seconds and can be either 38 °C or 14 °C, water flow rate – 220 litres per minute, water flow pressure – 1 atm; pressure therapy of lower extremities is performed using 12-channel apparatus BTL-6000 LYMPHASTIM 12 in a "physiological therapy" mode: session length – 30 minutes, cuff pressure – 60 mm Hg; walking for 40 minutes on terrenkur of average complexity with intensity of load corresponding to the second pulse zone, angle of terrenkur does not exceed 4 degrees.
EFFECT: method provides optimizing the work of the musculoskeletal system of the lower extremities of athletes mainly due to improved neuromuscular conduction, intramuscular coordination and normalization of peripheral haemodynamics.
