FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creation of soldered connection of alumina ceramic with BT1-0 alloy in medicine, in particular for soldering parts of hip joint prosthesis. Assembly is heated in vacuum conditions not worse than (1÷5)×10-5 torr in vacuum furnace at heating rate of not less than 20 °C/min and cooling at rate of not more than 5 °C/min. Prior to soldering, titanium coating with thickness of 150–300 nm is applied on alumina ceramic and annealed in vacuum at 1,380–1,420 °C for 1–2 hours. Assembly is heated in vacuum furnace to soldering temperature of 940–960 °C with holding for 15–20 minutes and cooled to temperature of 600–650 °C. Cooling to room temperature is performed at furnace cooling rate. Solder used is quick-hardened tape solder based on titanium and zirconium alloy at following ratio of solder components, wt%: zirconium 38–42, cobalt 25–28, titanium – the rest.
EFFECT: low degree of recrystallization of BT1-0 alloy and degradation of its mechanical properties after soldering.
