FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a curable multicomponent epoxy composition used to obtain protective coatings, preferably for producing coatings of the inner surface of pipes of oil and gas pipelines, as well as to a substrate containing a coating, a method of producing a coating and use of alkylphenol. Epoxide composition contains epoxy resin, an amine-containing curing agent and a curing catalyst. Amine-containing curing agent is polyesteramidoamine. Curing catalyst used is alkylphenol to accelerate curing of the epoxide composition. Alkylphenol is monoalkylphenols, dialkylphenol or a trialkylphenol containing alkyl group selected from linear or branched saturated C1-C8 alkyls. Substrate contains a coating obtained by curing said composition. Method of producing a coating on the surface of a substrate involves obtaining the above curable composition, then applying a mixture of the first and second parts of the curable composition on the surface of the substrate, then the epoxide composition is cured.
EFFECT: invention increases rate of hardening of the composition at low temperatures.
