FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines equipped with exhaust gas recirculation systems (EGR). Exhaust gas recirculation system comprises module (148) of EGR cooler. Module (148) of cooler comprises casing, inlet window (153) for EGR, outlet window (157) for EGR and inlet window (165) for coolant, which exit from casing and are located parallel to each other on same first side of head (134) of the cylinder block. Inlet window (153) for EGR and inlet window (165) for coolant are directly connected to first side of cylinder block head (134). Inlet window (153) for EGR is located on first side of cylinder block head (134). Module (148) of EGR cooler contains the first flange containing inlet window (153) for EGR and inlet opening (165) for coolant, which is connected by fluid medium with outlet window (167) for engine coolant at the first flange. Module (148) of the EGR cooler additionally contains the second flange separate from the first flange, containing outlet window (157) for EGR, and outlet window (171) for module coolant, and radiator (162). Radiator (162) is connected to outlet window (171) for module coolant via inner channel (168) of cylinder block head (134). Invention covers exhaust gas recirculation system cooler and version of exhaust gas recirculation system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of compactness of EGR cooler module and reduction of number of fittings of EGR cooler module.
