SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a Chinese hamster ovary cell (CHO) culturing method involving a nucleic acid coding a recombinant antibody, as well as to a method for preparing a composition of a purified recombinant antibody with reduced intensity of staining. Said methods envisage the use of a cell culture medium containing one or more of hypothaurin, s-carboxymethyl cysteine, butyl-substituted hydroxyanisole, lipoic acid, quercitrine hydrate and aminoguanidine.
EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently obtain a purified recombinant antibody composition with reduced color intensity.
