FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for non-invasive monitoring of blood pressure and a device for its implementation. Cuff is used to locate around an individual's limb, a pressure sensor for measuring and outputting a cuff pressure signal and a physiological parameter sensor for measuring pulse rate or heart rate. First measured pulse rate or heart rate is obtained during inflation of the cuff from the pressure signal. Second measured pulse rate or heart rate is obtained during inflation of the cuff from a physiological parameter sensor. Stage of obtaining the second value is performed at the same moment in time or during the time interval, while the first value is obtained. Control unit compares first and second measured values. Performing the stage of the first or the second measurement time correction to account for the time delay when the measured values are received. Reliability of the measured blood pressure value obtained by means of a device for non-invasive monitoring of blood pressure during the inflation of the cuff is estimated based on the comparison result.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of measuring blood pressure during inflation of the cuff.
